WinAce
WinAce has a compression format dubbed ACE that makes WinAce that special type of archiving program that you may be needing. It also comes with built-in support for various other well-known compression types (such as MS-CAB, RAR, and ZIP, among many others.)
There are a host of features that you can benefit from when you do get the WinAce product. Among these features are: proper compression using formats JAVA JAR, MS-CAB, LHA, ZIP, and ACE; decompression when you rely on JAR, ZOO, TAR, GZip, ARJ, ARC, RAR, MS-CAB, LHA, ZIP, and ACE formats; disk spanning for multi-volume archives under the CAB, ZIP, and ACE formats; adequate data protection due to password encryption plus recovery records; initiation of the right integrity check for the JAR, ZOO, TAR, GZip, ARJ,ARC, RAR, MS-CAB, LHA, ZIP, and ACE formats; provision of repair functionality of the ZIP and ACE archives.
